Repeat Prescriptions

When ordering repeat prescriptions, please use the tear off slip with your computerised prescription and mark all items needed. If you do not have the tear off slip, please write your name and address and the items needed on a piece of paper.

You can then give to receptionist, post through the letter box or send through the post.

Alternatively  order using EPS – Electronic Prescription Service or order online via the link at the top of this page.

Please allow at least 48 hours for your prescription to be issued.

Prescription orders will not be taken over the telephone except for the elderly, house bound or disabled.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
